Adam Baca is an Emmy winning peace activist, producer, public speaker, and men’s transformation coach. He was a mentee of Nobel Peace Laureate, Betty Williams. In 2013, he won PeaceJam’s Nobel Peace Laureate’s “Global Call to Action Award” for his work as a student founder with the grassroots initiative focusing on peace and nonviolence in schools called “Day Without Hate.” Since 2007 when he cofounded A Day Without Hate, the movement has spread globally to impact millions of lives. In 2023, Adam produced a short documentary about Day Without Hate highlighting the students 17 year journey in peace and nonviolence which won a regional Emmy Award, two Telly awards, a Davey, and many other international film fests. Adam speaks and leads peace workshops across the United States and is a staff leader at the National Leadership Academy, an intensive four-day academy for high school students, focusing on developing compassionate leaders through education and service. In 2017 he founded Colorados largest mens book club called The UnCommon Man. A place to allow men to come together for deep connection, self development, and conversations to improve their lives. He helps men improve their health, fitness, relationships, and achieve their mission through his coaching programs.
